Dewan ambalan adalah suatu wadah pembinaan kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari anggota pramuka penegak yang sudah dilantik dan bertugas merencanakan, mengelola serta menggerakkan kegiatan di ambalan yang bersangkutan dengan bimbingan pembinaannya.\u00a0Pembentukan dewan ambalan bertujuan memudahkan penghimpunan, pengelolaan, penggerakan dan pengarahan siswa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka penegak untuk mencapai tujuannya.\u00a0<\/span>Upacara pelantikan ditandai dengan penancapan kapak oleh Kepala Sekolah yang merupakan simbol<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>siapnya dewan ambalan terlantik untuk menerima dan melaksanakan tugas dengan gigih dan bersemangat.\u00a0<\/span>Sebanyak 52 orang penegak dilantik menjadi dewan Mablan gugus depan 1303 sisingamangaraja dan 1304 Cut Nyak Dien pangakaln SMAN 2 Pandih Batu masa Bakti 2023-2024.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cDiharapkan 52 orang dewan ambalan yang baru saja dilantik mampu menjadi tauladan atau contoh yang baikbaik dalam hal karakter, sosial<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>dan<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>akademik bagi penegal lainnya baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun diluar sekolah\u201d ujar Kepala SMAN 2 Pandih Batu dalam sambutannya di upacara pelantian ini.<\/span><\/p>

Hal yang menarik dalam proses upacara pelantikan adalah acara ritual siraman, dimana setelah dewan ambilan diambil sumpah janjinya, mereka satu persatu kemudian di siram dengan air bunga setaman<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>oleh<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Kepal sekolah, Pembina pramuka dan gurus secara bergantian, hal ini dimaksudkan sebagai sebuah pengharapan agar nantinya dewan ambalan dalam melaksanakan tugas mampu mengharumkan nama baik, baik untuk diri sendiri dan almamater SMAN 2 Pandih Batu.
